- How many users can I invite to my organization and will that affect pricing?
- There is no limit on number of users and there is no pricing change based on number of users. Pricing is flat $49/month irrespective of how many users are using the product.
- Where can I find my billing data?
- Click Account from dropdown menu in top right corner of your dashboard and you will find your billing data. Billing in managed through Stripe in a secure way.
- What is the refund policy?
- We do not offer refund although you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at admin@quicklabs.in
- Is data of my organization safe?
- Yes, we are not sharing any of your data with someone else. Also, our internal teams have strict data security policies and we will not share your data with anyone.
